The Requirement

Schneider Electric constantly works on developing connected technologies and solutions for energy management. The company wanted to create growth opportunities, while reducing costs. They were looking for a partner who would be able to meet their requirements of business process management to grow first energy business in India, then later also build Global Shared Services in India.
