Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Jaiprakash has rich industry experience in handling various HR roles with Dell International Services (Heading HR for Largest Business Unit in India for Dell), Quark Media House and leading manpower consulting companies handing US Staffing for HP, Motorola, IBM, Ace Technologies, et all.
Jaiprakash has represented India in G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit in Mexico in 2012, at Commonwealth Asia Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs 2012 Summit in Mumbai, and last year at G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit 2014 in Australia in July 2014, taking up the agenda of Youth Development, Employment, Entrepreneurship Development in G20 and Commonwealth Countries.
He currently serves as National Co-Chairman at Yi (Part of CII) for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Initiatives, Executive Council member of CII, Chandigarh Council. Also has served as Board of Directors at Rotary International, Chandigarh and as member of committee working under HRD Ministry for framing National Vocational Education Framework for IT & ITES.
Jaiprakash was recently awarded "Asia Pacific International Leadership Award" for his contributions to industry development by Global Achievers Foundation. Also was awarded by University of Pune for his Entrepreneurial Ventures and contribution to Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Development. Gursimran is an Indian entrepreneur. She started her career in 2004 and specialised in the field of Human Capital Management. Prior to her venturing into entrepreneurship, Gursimran has worked with Global companies like BBC (UK), Bharti Airtel, Quark, et al between working in various global locations including India & the UK.

Gursimran is involved in a lot of activities outside her office space including philanthropy work. She works with various social Institutes to reach out for their specific cause. Few of her projects in this line have been to work with under privileged children and mothers educating them on life skills. Shes also worked with young school kids to educate them on environmental sustainable practices as she is very passionate about her projects be it in the work space or outside.

Rohit is the Sr. Vice President for Program Management, managing the implementations and customer support teams at ValeurHR. He is a management graduate with about 18 years of industry experience in IT Infrastructure Management and IT Infrastructure Project / Program Management, delivery and support. He has to his credit many successful data center migrations and consolidations. He has worked with organizations like Quark, Microsoft, IBM and GAVS Technologies. A strong supporter of automation at work, and is always fascinated with the convenience technology brings to human life. Has 14+ years of corporate experience in building strategies and handling operations in organization like Reliance, Aircel and Bharti Airtel. He has been instrumental in leading teams in organization at project conceptualization stage and worked with the consumer and the core leadership team of his organization to deliver what the need is.
