ValeurHR Studied current Global Shared Services spread, business objectives and proposed way to build a consolidated GSS. Designed, developed and rolled out manpower planning process along with costing and turned around time to as per requirement as a value added service Worked with Global leadership team to identify location along with costing and turnaround time to set up GSS Center in India. Recommended Tier 2, and from there among options narrowed down on Chandigarh TriCity in India based on various parameters affecting business goals including cost of manpower, availability of talent for current and future growth, quality of talent and further expansion options for other function lines when first proves successful. Deployed Team of 18 from ValeurHR, and worked with leadership to build team while infrastructure was being ready.
